The TV personality took to Twitter on Saturday to deny Peete's recent claims , saying she did not get her fired from The Talk in , and adding that she didn't say her former co-worker was "too ghetto" to appear on the talk show. In the email allegedly sent by Peete, she claims that she "madly" misses Osbourne, adding "I have called you a few times but I haven't heard back from you since the show aired.
Peete allegedly stated that the remaining hosts at The Talk were "under some sort of gag-order," before comparing the show to "a communist state. Sheryl Underwood, a comedian who rose to fame throughout the s and early s, entered the show during the second season. Holly Robinson Peete has a long-running acting career that started with a Sesame Street appearance when she was just four years old.
Later, Peete opened up about how distressing the situation was for her. It was the most peculiar situation. That says a lot for an actress who has been working in Hollywood since the lates when she starred on the hit show, 21 Jump Street , on Fox. Since the time she was let go from The Talk , Peete has given a lot of thought about the factors that were involved in the decision to let her go. And she says the No. Season 2 found CBS booking guest co-hosts to fill the seats along with newly hired regular co-host, comedian Sheryl Underwood.
Just last week, actress and comedian Aisha Tyler also joined as a permanent co-host. But, Peete also thinks that their hiring represents a new direction for the show on Season 2.
