It did look like it was starting to dry out so I added a bit more Worcestershire sauce and stopped the cooking. Oh I also used can mushrooms and a bit more all in all this was an awesome sub. Thank you. I tried both ways and hands down your way is better!! It was a little dry for my teenage son so I had to add Mayo.
